Visitors move in a fantasy landscape of seven sections at this futuristic event: the Jungle, Outer Space, Dream, Civilisation, Knowledge, Credo and the Centre. You would think the ricochets of the Dome experience in London would urge caution here, but no; 28 million DM has been sunk into this latest Future Exhibition, intended to be Berlin’s answer to the enormous Expo 2000 in Hanover. Touches, such as screen computers and fancy set design, perfectly demonstrate mankind’s cheesy ambitions to boldly go where our B-movie childhood icons lead us.
